Liudmila Iacubino is a graduate of the technical institute of Sartoria. She gained her experience at the fashion house "Tonino" of Turin and has more than 20 years of experience in fashion and Sartoria.
Her professionalism, dynamic personality, ability to resolve problems and excellent hand work, has enthusiastically convinced me to begin a collaboration with her in the alterations of sartorial products.
In June of 2016, we will inaugurate together the opening on the new Atelier studio Handcraft Sartoria open to the public but aimed in particular to high end fashion stores interested in professional and punctual alteration services.
Within the company Liudmila will have competent people schooled professionally and trained by Liudmila over the years in all the technical aspects of sartorial alterations.
The Atelier studio will specialize in some of the more difficult alterations of garments ie shorting the sleeve length from the shoulder, adjusting collar creases, and reducing the waist of a jacket from the sides and not the back centre.
We will also offer alterations on knitwear, sizes reduction on women's dress if the model allowed to do it and work on delicate fabrics such as chiffon, creap , silk taffetą and many other fabrics.
